At Party4U.co, we take pride in the quality of our products and are dedicated to ensuring that your prints match the images you upload. If, by rare chance, we make an error in processing your order and the print does not accurately reflect your uploaded image, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return the item to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll provide you with a full refund in store credit for future orders or a reprint, depending on the situation. Please note, return shipping charges will only be covered by Party4U.co if the return is due to a defect.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about your print, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Damaged Product:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Email us at sales@party4u.co with pictures of the damaged product to help us submit a claim to our shipping provider. Please retain all original packaging. Once we receive the images, we’ll begin processing a reprint right away.

Reprints:

We can only reprint the original image submitted with your order.

Shipping Charges:

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has a defect. If the print is defective, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all products.

Sale Items:

Sale items are eligible for store credit at the discounted price paid.

Cancellation & Change Policy:

You have a 30-minute window after placing your order to cancel or make changes, provided the print has not been processed or the material has not been cut. If eligible, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations on printed orders will be offered store credit.
