Welcome to Party4U! By uploading digital images to our platform, you can order prints for either pickup or delivery. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your use of our online photo service ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The management and use of the digital images you upload are entrusted to Party4U.

  1. Access
    Our Service is available only to residents of the United States, with fulfillment occurring within the U.S. It allows users to upload digital images, request prints, and make payments online for delivery or pickup at our designated lab.

  2. Order Confirmation
    Orders will be confirmed via email. A binding contract for the purchase and supply of prints will only exist after Party4U confirms your order.

  3. Payment
    You agree to pay for prints upon placing your order.

  4. Returns
    Please refer to our return policy for more information.

  5. No Obligation to Monitor Content
    Party4U does not control or monitor the content of the images you upload. You are solely responsible for all content you provide for the Service.

  6. Your Responsibility
    You must have the legal right to copy and use each image you upload. Do not upload copyrighted materials or images that you do not have permission to use. You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal or inappropriate purpose
  • Uploading obscene, offensive, or harmful content
  • Violating any intellectual property rights or laws
  • Uploading content that may harm others or interfere with the Service
  • Providing false or misleading information

  1. Refusal to Provide Service; Deletion
    Party4U reserves the right to modify or suspend the Service and refuse any order if you do not comply with these Terms, or if required by a competent authority. We are not obligated to store your digital images after printing.

  2. Privacy
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our privacy policy for more details.

  3. Party4U's Liability
    While Party4U will use reasonable care to provide the Service and ensure virus-free files, we do not guarantee continuous access or error-free service. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files. You are advised to keep backup copies of all materials uploaded or downloaded through the Service. Party4U is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, business, or data.

  4. Trademarks
    All trademarks and intellectual property related to Party4U or its third-party partners remain the property of their respective owners.

  5. Copyright
    Party4U and/or relevant third parties own the copyright to the content provided through the Service. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

  6. Ownership of Images
    You retain full ownership and copyright of the images you upload. Party4U acts solely as a service provider, processing your images as per your instructions. At no point does Party4U claim any ownership rights to your images.

  7. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the district court where Party4U is located.

  8. Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Party4U. Any failure by Party4U to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest shall remain in effect.
